Delete Your DealHunter Account & Data

You can ask us to delete your DealHunter account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you signed up on the web or through the DealHunter mobile app.

Once we receive and verify your request, your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required for legal, audit, or security purposes (see below). This is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

1. Submit the form below (or email us) using the email address tied to your account.
2. We verify the request to confirm it came from the account owner. We may contact you at that email address to confirm your identity before proceeding.
3. Once verified, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 calendar days and send a confirmation to your email.

When your deletion request is completed, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account — profile information from Single Sign-On (name, email address, and profile photo if provided)
• Saved searches and alert criteria you created for monitored marketplaces
• Alert preferences and notification settings
• Push notification device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver alerts to your device

Payment card details are never stored on our servers — they are processed and held by Stripe. Any active subscription is canceled as part of account deletion.

We may retain a limited subset of information after deletion only where required, including:

• Records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations (for example, transaction and billing records held by our payment processor)
• Information needed for audit, fraud prevention, and security purposes

Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and are then deleted.
