Introduction
Welcome to DealHunter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our real-time monitoring SaaS application ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DealHunter.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree not to share your account or allow others to use it.
- You may not use DealHunter for illegal activities.
Acceptable Use Policy You agree NOT to:
- Distribute alerts to multiple recipients such as group emails or distribution lists.
- Engage in automated scraping of the platform.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
- DealHunter does not guarantee data accuracy or availability.
- Service interruptions may occur, and we are not liable for any resulting losses.
- We provide links to marketplace listings but are not responsible for any transactions.
- Alerts are delivered within an estimated 3-5 minutes, but we do not guarantee this timeframe.
Termination We reserve the right to:
- Issue warnings for minor violations.
- Temporarily suspend accounts for repeated violations.
- Immediately terminate accounts for severe or repeated infractions at our discretion.
Support and Response Times
- We aim to respond to user inquiries within **72 hours**.
- Response times may vary based on volume and complexity.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in **Wyoming**.
- Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Limitation of Liability
